His background spans sales management and market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, managed care contracting and payer strategy, Remote Physiological Monitoring program development, financial modeling and forecasting, value-based care support, and multi-site operational oversight.

Jason Cernik

Jason D. Cernik brings 28 years of operational and business development experience focused on improving the systems, teams, and workflows that drive day-to-day healthcare performance. His expertise includes workflow optimization and process redesign, policies and procedures development, call center scripting and performance improvement, staff training and coaching, reorder rate improvement, patient engagement strategy, Revenue Cycle Management enhancement, and operational audits.

His work has consistently led to improved reorder rates, reduced inefficiencies, stronger team performance, and increased revenue. He excels at quickly identifying breakdowns, designing clear and scalable processes, and building accountability across teams.
